Product Marketing Associate – Fully Onsite in Lagos

About the role

The Product Marketing Associate will support the creation and execution of marketing strategies that raise product awareness, drive customer acquisition, and boost revenue. Working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams, you will translate product features into clear value propositions and customer‑focused messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Develop product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for different customer segments.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, sales presentations, one‑pagers, case studies, FAQs, and website content.
• Collaborate with Product Management to understand features and communicate benefits.
• Work with the Sales team to produce sales enablement materials and product training resources.
• Coordinate product launch campaigns across digital, social media, email, PR, and events.
• Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and product adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product development decisions.
• Maintain product documentation and ensure marketing materials remain up‑to‑date.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence reports.
• Support webinars, product demonstrations, trade shows, and industry events as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or a related role.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, fintech, e‑commerce, or digital products is an advantage.
• Proven ability to support product launches and marketing campaigns.
