Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager will define product goals, priorities and roadmap based on customer and business needs, and work closely with developers and UI/UX designers to deliver features.

Key responsibilities

• Define product goals, priorities and roadmap aligned with customer and business needs.
• Develop clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers and UI/UX designers to plan, build and deliver product features.
• Manage development timelines and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Gather customer feedback, conduct market research and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate product testing, resolve issues and ensure features meet requirements before release.
• Monitor product performance, track key metrics and recommend improvements.
• Communicate product plans, progress and priorities to management and relevant teams.

Required profile

• HND in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–4 years of product management experience, preferably in technology.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Preference for Ilorin‑based candidates; Lagos candidates should be near Ogudu/Ojota.
