IT Support Intern

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Intern to join our team in Lagos. The role involves providing first‑level technical assistance to staff and helping maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. This entry‑level position is ideal for students or recent graduates in IT‑related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist with printer, network, internet and connectivity problems.
• Set up and configure computers and other company devices.
• Support staff with company email, Google Workspace and other work applications.
• Install, update and maintain approved software and applications.
• Maintain records of IT issues, resolutions and company equipment.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate technical team.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking fundamentals.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work across departments.
