Product Manager - Intelligent Connectivity

About the role

This Product Manager role owns the Intelligent Connectivity product line, turning infrastructure capabilities such as fibre, undersea cable, MPLS and satellite into commercial propositions for Nigerian enterprise customers. It covers product strategy, pricing, go-to-market and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with revenue and positioning goals, and conduct market analysis of competitors, customer needs and technology trends.
• Identify new product opportunities and portfolio gaps, build business cases and turn infrastructure capabilities into differentiated commercial offers.
• Develop pricing models for DIA, MPLS VPN, Satellite, SD-WAN, IP/IPLC, LEO and FabricLink across delivery tiers, and set up GTM strategies with the PSS.
• Own the commercial handover to Sales, ensuring positioning and enablement materials are ready, and approve all Intelligent Connectivity materials produced by the PSS.
• Monitor revenue, margin, adoption and churn, produce monthly performance reports for the Head I&P, and act as escalation point for Sales, Presales and Customer Support.
• Manage the PSS's output, workload and professional development, and share performance data with the Commercial Intelligence & Planning Analyst.
• Work with Network/Engineering on infrastructure alignment, Partner Services on partner co-sell products, and Presales on complex connectivity bids.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of enterprise connectivity technologies including fibre, microwave, MPLS, IP/MPLS, satellite and SD-WAN.
• Strategic product thinking, customer orientation, technical credibility and collaboration across functions.
• Commercial acumen on pricing, margin and revenue modelling, and execution discipline.
