Product Design Manager

About the role

Moniepoint Group is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead the execution of its design vision across multiple product teams. You will balance hands‑on design work with leadership, ensuring that user‑centred, business‑driven solutions are delivered at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of product designers, setting priorities and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality design work.
• Mentor designers through regular critiques, coaching sessions, and skill‑development initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate strategic goals into intuitive design solutions.
• Maintain and evolve design workflows, roadmaps, and project timelines.
• Advocate for user‑centred design using qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and behavioural insights.
• Ensure design consistency and scalability through design systems and atomic design principles.
• Champion accessibility (a11y) and inclusive design for a diverse audience.
• Measure design impact with analytics and iterate to optimise user experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product design teams and delivering end‑to‑end design solutions.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user‑research‑driven design work with measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
