About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Officer to manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely supply and cost‑effective sourcing.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the procurement cycle from requisition to delivery, preparing and expediting purchase orders.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with vendors, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with finance to reconcile invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Required profile
- B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Procurement Officer or similar role.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, FMCG or Engineering is an advantage.
- Professional certification is a strong advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in procurement and ERP software.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
