Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing and purchasing activities for a growing phone trading and real‑estate company based in Ikeja, Lagos. The role will develop procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships and ensure timely, cost‑effective acquisition of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure timely procurement of inventory, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Monitor inventory requirements and collaborate with relevant departments.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare periodic reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in the retail, trading, FMCG, or real‑estate sector is an advantage.
