About the role
The Procurement Executive will support FactBase Consulting Limited in managing the end‑to‑end procurement process for its manufacturing and warehousing operations. This role focuses on creating purchase orders, handling SAP procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
Key responsibilities
- Create purchase orders and manage procurement transactions.
- Execute SAP procurement operations.
- Source suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with ethics, anti‑bribery, and corruption policies.
- Align quality, delivery, and inventory requirements.
- Prepare reports and perform analytics on procurement data.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience.
- Familiarity with PET, HDPE, LDPE, and PP materials is a plus.
Required skills
- SAP procurement operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
