Poultry Farm Manager

About the role

The Poultry Farm Manager will lead daily operations at Pavilion MG Farms, ensuring optimal performance of broiler and layer stocks while meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day poultry operations, monitor feed consumption, water supply and bird performance.
• Maintain accurate records of mortality, feed intake, egg production and sales.
• Implement biosecurity, vaccination and medication schedules and respond to disease outbreaks.
• Supervise farm workers, assign tasks, provide training and ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage inventory of feed, medications, equipment and control operational costs.
• Prepare compliance reports and recommend productivity improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in animal science or related agricultural discipline.
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience managing a commercial poultry farm.
• Strong knowledge of poultry nutrition, vaccination and bio‑security protocols.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and ability to work under pressure.
