Farm Administrative Officer

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised, detail‑oriented, and analytical Farm Administrative Officer to support the effective administration and day‑to‑day operations of our farm. The role involves maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and providing reliable data to the Farm Manager and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of farm workers' attendance, leave, overtime, and daily activities.
• Coordinate administrative activities, ensure proper documentation of farm operations, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Collect, organise, and analyse farm and workforce data for management reporting.
• Monitor and reconcile records of farm inputs, equipment, fuel, tools, and other resources.
• Support communication between farm management, field supervisors, workers, HR, and the head office.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Agriculture, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration, data analysis, or farm administration.
• Strong organisational, record‑keeping, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a farm/field environment and handle extended hours during critical periods.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, charts, data validation).
