Post-NYSC Nurse / Clinical Operations Lead

About the role

PrescribeNG is seeking a university‑trained nurse to lead clinical operations in its digital health platform. This full‑time, on‑site position in Ogba, Ikeja, focuses on coordinating patient care, supporting medical teams, and managing daily workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and medical operations.
• Monitor patient workflows, health tracking, and care roadmaps.
• Assign clinical tasks, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate medical resources, staff schedules, and office logistics.
• Prepare internal memos, clinical reports, and status updates.
• Utilise digital health tools and internal platforms to support care delivery.

Required profile

• B.Sc. Nursing degree from an accredited university.
• Completed NYSC and active NMCN licence.
• Residency in Ogba or nearby areas (Ikeja, Agege, Ojodu Berger, etc.).
• Experience in a structured clinical environment, telemedicine startup, or corporate healthcare setting is a plus.
• High integrity, empathy, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Basic Canva/design abilities.
