Platform Systems Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Platform Systems Analyst to work remotely on a contract basis. The analyst will evaluate and optimise computer systems and infrastructure, helping our client improve operational efficiency and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing computer systems and networks to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement system upgrades or modifications.
• Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and training.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end‑users and IT staff on system usage and best practices.

Required profile

• Experience in system analysis, including hardware and software evaluation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve computer system issues promptly.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure such as LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation tools to streamline system management tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for complex technical challenges.
