Pizza and Shawarma Maker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Pizza and Shawarma Maker to join our kitchen team in Ibadan. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality pizzas and shawarmas, ensuring consistency and timely service for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and shawarma ingredients according to approved recipes.
• Cook and assemble pizzas and shawarmas, maintaining food quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and kitchen utensils.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
• Monitor ingredient quality, manage stock levels, and minimize food waste.
• Operate and safely maintain kitchen equipment.
• Support general kitchen operations as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• At least 12 months of experience in pizza, shawarma, or fast‑food preparation.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Operation of kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, slicers).
• Ingredient handling and stock management.
