Physics Specialist – High Energy & Computational Modeling (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Physics Specialist with expertise in high‑energy and mathematical physics to join a global technology leader on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will apply advanced theoretical concepts to develop and validate computational models that support interdisciplinary projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and refine mathematical models for high‑energy physics systems.
• Analyze simulation data to verify theoretical frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to embed physics models into computational tools.
• Document methodologies and results for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to peer‑reviewed publications or technical reports.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent experience in High Energy Physics or Mathematical Physics.
• Strong background in quantum field theory, particle physics, or related fields.
• Ability to translate complex physics concepts into practical applications.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mathematica, MATLAB, and Python.
• Experience conducting Monte Carlo simulations or lattice QCD calculations.
• Data analysis and visualization techniques.
