Pharmacologist – Sales & Customer Service (On-site)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Pharmacologist to join our community pharmacy in Ikeja. The role blends sales, patient support, inventory management and health content creation to drive pharmacy performance and deliver excellent care.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers professionally, promote and sell pharmacy products, wellness items, supplements and personal care products.
• Identify customer needs, provide product information within approved limits, and achieve sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Support patients with basic product guidance, dosage and refill reminders, and follow‑up to encourage adherence, under pharmacist supervision.
• Maintain a patient follow‑up tracker and handle patient information confidentially.
• Assist with receiving, arranging, monitoring stock, tracking inventory levels, and reporting low or expired items.
• Conduct stock‑taking, ensure proper rotation using FIFO/FEFO, and keep shelves clean, labelled and well‑stocked.
• Support the pharmacist in daily operations, including prescription processing, packaging and labeling of products.
• Write accurate health articles, wellness tips and product education posts for customers.

Required profile

• Passion for healthcare service and confident sales attitude.
• Strong organisational skills for inventory and stock management.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and patients.
• Sales experience (mandatory) and customer‑relationship focus.
• Professionalism, confidentiality and adherence to pharmacy policies.
