About the role
The Clinical Manager will oversee and coordinate day‑to‑day patient‑care activities at Genesis Specialist Hospital, ensuring both outpatient and inpatient services run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating the entire patient journey from front desk through consultation, admission, treatment, discharge, and follow‑up.
- Supervising nurses, nursing assistants, laboratory staff, physiotherapists and other clinical support personnel.
- Ensuring investigations, treatments, physician orders, referrals and other patient‑care activities are performed promptly.
- Identifying and resolving delays, complaints and other issues affecting patient care.
- Maintaining effective communication between front desk, clinical departments, patients, families and physicians.
- Ensuring staff compliance with hospital policies and professional standards of patient care.
- Escalating significant clinical or operational concerns to the Medical Director or Management.
