About the role
We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Personal Assistant to support an executive or senior manager in Lagos. The role involves providing daily administrative and organisational assistance to ensure smooth scheduling, communication and office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, diaries and schedule appointments.
- Arrange travel, logistics and prepare related documentation.
- Draft basic documents, reports and presentations.
- Handle phone calls, emails and other correspondence, taking accurate messages.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, record‑keeping and office organisation.
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in personal or executive administrative support.
- Strong diary‑management and scheduling abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail capabilities.
- Demonstrated discretion handling confidential matters.
- Minimum high school diploma; Business Administration or Secretarial studies preferred.
