Business Operations Manager

About the role

The Business Operations Manager will oversee staff and maintenance across multiple client sites in Lagos, ensuring high‑quality cleaning services and safe operations. This role combines operational planning, client liaison, and team leadership to drive efficiency and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cleaning operations and coordinate with clients to maintain service quality.
• Ensure teams follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities.
• Plan and monitor budgets to support smooth operational flow.
• Analyse data and recommend improvements to cleaning processes.
• Develop and review operational plans, equipment selection, and technology deployment.
• Oversee customer accounts, employee assignments, and consumable distribution.
• Prepare and present progress reports, problem‑solving updates, and meeting materials.
• Conduct incident and emergency investigations, and lead site inspections.
• Interview, hire, and train new ambassadors, addressing client issues promptly.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the cleaning industry.
• Hands‑on field work experience and knowledge of cleaning solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, project‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
