Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketing, Growth & SEO Specialist to own digital sales, lead acquisition and organic visibility for a portfolio of luxury retail, real estate, hospitality and education brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and scale paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, and manage Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max and YouTube ads to drive e‑commerce sales, bookings and qualified leads.
• Conduct technical and content SEO audits, keyword research and on‑page optimisation, and manage local Google Business Profiles to capture foot traffic.
• Implement A/B testing for creatives and landing pages, optimise conversion funnels and set up tracking with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Conversion API and TikTok Pixel.
• Produce weekly dashboards reporting ROAS, CAC, organic traffic growth and revenue attribution.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing and technical SEO experience in e‑commerce or lead‑generation environments.
• Proven track record of profitable multi‑channel ad spend across Google, Meta, TikTok and YouTube.
• Strong analytical mindset linking ad spend, traffic and conversion to bottom‑line results.
