Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager owns all digital acquisition and conversion channels for Wellington College International Lagos, including the pre‑opening website, SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, tracking, analytics, CRM setup, and lead nurturing. This role is central to building and managing the admissions pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Own the school website – structure, updates, UX hygiene, content improvements and high‑converting landing pages.
• Maintain SEO best practices – metadata, technical checks, load speed, indexing and partnership with Communications for visual and messaging alignment.
• Implement and maintain the CRM system – form setup, automated workflows, tagging, nurturing journeys and data quality dashboards.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp and TikTok, managing budgets, pacing and performance metrics.
• Lead all digital tracking – UTMs, Google Tag Manager, pixels, custom events and build real‑time dashboards for leadership.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging tools (AI, new ad formats, personalisation) and benchmark best‑in‑class practices.

Required profile

• 5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, growth marketing or CRM management.
• Hands‑on analytics experience with dashboards, attribution and performance optimisation.
• Proven ability to test and adopt practical innovations within budget.
• Highly analytical, detail‑oriented and solutions‑driven with strong communication skills.
