Performance Marketing Expert

About the role

SalesRuby is seeking a Performance Marketing Expert to join its fast‑paced team in Ikeja. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine performance marketing strategies across search, social and display channels.
• Manage paid media budgets, monitor key metrics and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with sales, content and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives and improve funnel efficiency.
• Test new channels, run A/B experiments and stay updated on industry trends and tools.

Required profile

• Strong background in marketing strategy and social media marketing, with a commercial mindset.
• Proven experience running lead‑generation and conversion‑focused campaigns in a B2B or technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work onsite in Ikeja, manage multiple projects and adapt to a results‑driven environment.

What we offer

• Base salary of N220,000 per month.
• Performance‑based remuneration up to an additional N200,000 per month.
