About the role
We are looking for a Performance Lead to design, implement and continuously improve our Performance Management Framework. The role will partner with department heads to ensure clear KPIs, fair evaluations and a culture of accountability across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain the Performance Management Framework, coordinating annual, mid‑year, quarterly and monthly review cycles.
- Develop, update and monitor scorecards and KPIs for all roles, producing monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Create and manage Performance Improvement Plans, coaching under‑performing employees and recommending actions.
- Analyse performance data, build executive dashboards and provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Facilitate talent review sessions, identify high‑potential staff and support succession planning.
- Work with Learning & Development to address competency gaps and measure training effectiveness.
- Promote a performance‑driven culture through training managers and employees on evaluation techniques.
- Maintain and update performance policies, ensuring compliance with best HR practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance management or a similar HR role.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
