People & Operations Manager

About the role

Lextorah, an innovative education and technology company, is looking for a People & Operations Manager to lead HR functions, oversee office administration, and support day‑to‑day business operations as the organisation scales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage HR policies, staff records, leave administration, and performance processes.
• Oversee office administration, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Develop and improve internal systems, policies, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.
• Support management in driving operational excellence and organisational growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, Operations, Administration, or Office Management.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern workplace productivity tools.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent) is a plus.
