People Manager

About the role

The People Manager acts as a strategic business partner, shaping and executing people strategies that enable growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional employee experience across Cavista Holdings and its diverse portfolio of companies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with executive and business leaders to design and implement people strategies that support growth across Cavista Holdings and its portfolio companies.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition coordination, performance management cycles and employee relations ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Drive organizational development initiatives such as change management, culture transformation, leadership development and workforce capability programs.
• Provide HR analytics and reporting to senior leadership, offering insights on turnover, engagement and organizational health.
• Support mergers, acquisitions and integration efforts with strategic workforce transition planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications (CIPM, SHRM‑CP/SCP, HRCI, CIPD) are a plus.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a People Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience supporting multiple business units or portfolio companies in a multinational or consulting environment.
• Strong track record partnering with senior leadership and influencing strategic decisions.
