Human Resources Manager

About the role

The HR Leader will partner with senior executives and business division heads to design and execute comprehensive people strategies that align structure, culture, and talent with business priorities. This senior role oversees talent management, performance, engagement, compensation, employee relations, and HR operations across assigned countries.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategic talent needs, forecast workforce requirements, and lead end‑to‑end recruitment to secure top‑tier talent aligned with business goals.
• Guide subsidiary‑level organizational design, talent reviews, and development programs to meet local and global objectives.
• Lead annual salary reviews, design innovative reward schemes, and conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
• Champion a high‑performance culture by managing the performance‑management lifecycle, from goal setting to continuous feedback and annual evaluations.
• Drive culture change initiatives, implement feedback mechanisms, and enhance communication channels to boost employee engagement.
• Ensure delivery of HR services, maintain compliance with local labor laws, and oversee HR administrative operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of HR experience with a proven record in senior HR leadership or management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and executive presentations.
• Strong communication and executive presentation abilities to influence senior stakeholders.
