People and Operations Manager

About the role

CloudPlexo, a global leader in cloud‑native IT consulting, is looking for a proactive People & Operations Manager. You will ensure smooth payroll, drive technical recruitment, enhance onboarding and learning programmes, and help shape core HR policies across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions, from job posting to offer.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with finance.
• Administer benefits such as PTO, leaves, and insurance, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Design and execute seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring documentation, orientation, and system access.
• Support learning & development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, managing calendars, and tracking completion.
• Draft, update and maintain HR policies, SOPs and handbooks, ensuring compliance with labour laws in multiple regions.
• Maintain employee records, respond to HR inquiries, analyse HR metrics and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Recognised HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIHRM, SPHRI, HRCI).
• Proven experience managing technical recruitment cycles.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR information systems.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and training programmes.
• Excellent communication, collaborative mindset and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of labour laws in at least two regions.
• Experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
