Part‑time Real Estate Manager (Hybrid – Ibadan)

About the role

Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd is seeking a part‑time Real Estate Manager to join its Ibadan team. The role combines on‑site duties with flexible work‑from‑home days, allowing you to oversee daily property operations while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure properties meet company standards.
• Manage tenant relationships, address inquiries, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Review, negotiate, and administer leases, tracking key dates for renewals or terminations.
• Support property marketing initiatives and conduct regular site inspections.
• Prepare performance reports and collaborate with internal teams to optimise occupancy and revenue.
• Monitor market trends in Ibadan and advise on strategic property decisions.

Required profile

• Strong background in property operations and management of multiple assets.
• Experience in lease administration, including review, negotiation and compliance tracking.
• Solid understanding of commercial real‑estate principles.
• Proven ability to build professional relationships with tenants, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of the local Ibadan market and regulatory environment (advantageous).
• Excellent organisational, analytical and reporting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office productivity tools.
• Experience using property or lease management software.
