Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Manager

About the role

The Fintech Association of Nigeria is seeking a Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead its policy advocacy and ecosystem collaboration efforts. Based in Lagos, the manager will act as the association’s voice with regulators, government bodies and industry partners, driving the expansion and participation pillars of the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regulatory engagements with bodies such as CBN, SEC, NITDA, NCC, FCCPC and NAICOM.
• Coordinate policy roundtables, committees and working groups, and produce whitepapers, policy recommendations and position papers.
• Design and execute nationwide fintech awareness campaigns, innovation tours, GovTech dialogues and industry forums.
• Strengthen relationships with government agencies, regulators and development partners.
• Generate quarterly regulatory impact reports and monitor regulatory changes to inform members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Economics or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory engagement, preferably within fintech, banking or financial services.
• Proven track record of leading advocacy initiatives, policy projects or large‑scale events.
• Excellent communication, analytical and diplomatic abilities, with experience engaging CEOs and senior regulators.
