Paralegal / Legal Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Paralegal / Legal Assistant to support our legal and governance team. This position is ideal for law students or recent graduates who want to apply their knowledge to a social‑impact organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing and organizing contracts, MOUs, NDAs, service agreements and partnership documents.
• Help maintain compliance with statutory requirements, legal filings and internal policy frameworks.
• Conduct regulatory and preliminary legal research to inform decision‑making and risk management.
• Maintain a secure, centralized repository for legal records, board resolutions and official agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or currently pursuing an LLB.
• Strong ethical integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Commitment to social impact and the mission of the organization.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets) for structured document management.
