About the role

We are looking for a reliable Painter to join our team in Abuja. The role involves preparing surfaces, applying finishes and ensuring high‑quality results on a variety of projects within the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks and applying primers.
• Mix paints and colours to match project specifications.
• Apply paint, varnish, stains and other finishes using brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
• Protect furniture, floors and fixtures from spills and damage.
• Inspect work, perform touch‑ups and maintain tools and work areas.
• Estimate material quantities and report shortages.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and complete projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Painter with good knowledge of techniques and surface preparation.
• Ability to work with brushes, rollers, spray guns and other painting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, consistent colour mixing and quality finishes.
• Physical stamina for standing, bending, climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
