Paid Social Ads Specialist – Recruiting & Supplement Education

About the role

Earntribe, a network‑marketing and digital‑skills education platform for young Nigerians, is looking for a Paid Social Ads Specialist. You will run two linked campaign streams – recruiting new members and promoting NeoLife supplement education – primarily on Facebook/Instagram and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage ad accounts on Facebook/Instagram (priority) and TikTok.
• Run separate recruiting and supplement‑education campaigns with distinct budgets.
• Write ad copy and brief freelance designers/video editors for creative assets.
• Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and NAFDAC health‑claim restrictions.
• Implement conversion tracking to measure cost‑per‑lead and cost‑per‑sale.
• Report weekly performance for each campaign track.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Facebook/Instagram ads (required).
• Experience with TikTok ads is a strong plus.
• Background in health/wellness, supplement, or MLM‑adjacent advertising with knowledge of compliant claim language.
• Ability to brief freelancers on creative production.

What we offer

• Base retainer of ₦60,000–₦100,000 per month.
• Performance bonus based on cost‑per‑lead targets, with earnings up to ₦300,000.
