About the role
The Startup Place Limited is looking for a full‑time Padel Coach to join its on‑site team in Lekki. You will lead training sessions, develop player skills, and create a safe, engaging environment for athletes of all levels.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver individual and group Padel training sessions.
- Coach players on technique, strategy, and fitness.
- Coordinate practice schedules and manage class logistics.
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe playing environment and promote a positive atmosphere.
Required profile
- Proficiency in Padel gameplay and fundamental techniques.
- Experience designing and conducting practice sessions or group classes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate players.
- Ability to assess performance and give actionable feedback.
- Organizational skills for scheduling and managing activities.
- Prior coaching experience and certification in Padel or similar sports is an advantage.
- Passion for teaching and helping players reach their potential.
