Outreach Coordinator - UK & Nigeria

About the role

RTWV Academy is hiring a highly organised, proactive and results-driven Outreach Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and implementation of its educational and community outreach programmes across the United Kingdom and Nigeria. The work is remote and full-time, with a monthly remuneration of N40,000. The programmes aim to equip young people with practical knowledge about healthy relationships, emotional well-being, personal development and informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly outreach plans and activity schedules.
• Coordinate school, university and community outreach initiatives across the UK and Nigeria.
• Supervise outreach volunteers and coordinate assigned team members.
• Work with the School & Campus Liaison Officer to identify and secure outreach opportunities.
• Coordinate facilitators, teaching schedules, programme materials and outreach logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organisations and institutional partners.
• Monitor programme implementation and evaluate outreach outcomes.
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly performance reports.
• Ensure all activities align with the academy's mission, operational standards and safeguarding policies.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in outreach, community engagement, project coordination or programme management.
• Ability to coordinate remote teams and manage multiple activities.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving and reporting skills.
• Genuine interest in youth development, education and community impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Digital collaboration tools.
• Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills.
