Academy Programme & Curriculum Manager

About the role

Talent Network Institute is looking for an Academy Programme & Curriculum Manager based in Lagos, Marina. The role covers designing and delivering professional training programmes, with a primary focus on MICE, and working closely with facilitators, trainers, the marketing team and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and structure comprehensive curricula, course outlines, learning objectives and training materials, focusing primarily on MICE.
• Design and develop additional programmes in leadership, event management and other relevant professional disciplines.
• Research industry trends, identify emerging training needs and market opportunities.
• Identify, engage and coordinate qualified facilitators, trainers and industry experts.
• Oversee programme planning, scheduling, coordination and delivery.
• Develop course descriptions, training prospectuses and programme proposals.
• Work with the marketing team to promote courses and drive enrolment.
• Identify corporate training opportunities and support customised training solutions.
• Establish quality assurance processes and evaluate programme effectiveness through participant feedback and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Management, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development, learning and development, programme management or professional training.
• Demonstrable experience developing structured curricula and learning materials.
• Knowledge of the MICE, events, hospitality or professional training industry is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how to position and market professional training programmes.
