Outdoor Sales Representative – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an Outdoor Sales Representative to join a leading distributor of truck and heavy-duty vehicle spare parts in Dubai. The role involves visiting workshops, garages and spare-parts shops to generate new business and nurture existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to workshops, garages and spare-parts retailers within the assigned territory.
• Identify, acquire and develop new B2B customers for the company’s range of truck and heavy-duty spare parts.
• Present product solutions, take orders and ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales activities and opportunities, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends and customer demand.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outdoor or field sales experience.
• Proven background in truck and heavy-duty spare parts, automotive aftermarket distribution or related B2B sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently in the field.
