About the role
This full-time, on-site Sales Executive position is based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with schools, parents and partners, and promoting Prisban Academy’s educational programmes and digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales presentations and follow up on leads.
- Manage the sales pipeline and achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams to understand programme offerings.
- Gather client feedback and provide input to improve services.
- Prepare sales reports and participate in marketing events.
- Represent the company professionally with a learner‑focused approach.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, business development, education or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in approaching schools and decision‑makers.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
- Experience selling educational programmes or services is an advantage.
