Outdoor Sales Lead

About the role

The Outdoor Sales Lead will drive revenue growth by actively prospecting and developing new business across construction sites, real estate developments and corporate clients. Working closely with the Sales Manager, the role focuses on building a robust pipeline, guiding prospects to the showroom and converting opportunities into sales of furniture, tiles, sanitary wares and other finishing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territories and target markets.
• Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, residential and commercial developments, retail outlets and other prospective customer locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, interior designers, property owners and procurement professionals.
• Promote the company’s furniture, tiles, sanitary wares and building‑finishing solutions to prospective customers.
• Generate qualified leads, manage prospects through the sales pipeline and drive them to the showroom for product consultation.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals and pending sales opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with indoor sales and showroom teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, lead generation and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and submit daily activity updates and weekly performance reports.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, product launches and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in outdoor or field sales and business development.
