Outbound Telesales Specialist – Lagos

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated outbound Telesales Specialist to join our client’s team in Ikeja, Lagos. The role focuses on contacting prospective customers, promoting financial products and driving acquisition within the Nigerian market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to acquire potential customers in Nigeria.
• Introduce and consult on financial products and promotional programmes.
• Handle objections, resolve queries and optimise conversion rates.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and WhatsApp to complete transactions.
• Update call statuses and customer information in the CRM and report daily progress.

Required profile

• Fluent English with good comprehension of Nigerian accents.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in outbound telesales, customer service or collections, preferably in finance or fintech.
• Minimum SSCE education.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday and two Saturdays per month.
• Resides near Ikeja, Lagos.

Required skills

• Proficiency with call centre systems.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business for customer communication.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of NGN115,000 (including allowances) with performance bonuses up to NGN475,000+.
