Outbound Telesales Specialist – Fintech (Lagos)

About the role

Isurf Global Services is hiring an outbound Telesales Specialist to join a fast‑growing fintech client in Nigeria. You will drive customer acquisition by contacting prospective clients, promoting financial products and converting leads into active users.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns targeting potential customers in the Nigerian market.
• Introduce fintech products, explain promotional programs and close sales.
• Handle objections, answer queries and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp and other channels to complete transactions.
• Update call statuses and customer details in the CRM and report daily progress to the manager.

Required profile

• Fluent English with good comprehension of Nigerian accents.
• 6 months to 1 year experience in outbound telesales, customer service or collections; fintech experience preferred.
• Minimum SSCE education.
• Resides near Adeniyi Jones, Ikeja and can work Monday‑Friday plus two Saturdays per month.

Required skills

• Proficiency with call‑center systems.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business for customer communication.

What we offer

• Gross salary of NGN 80,000 per month.
• Transport and food allowances, punctuality bonus, HMO and performance bonus (prorated based on attendance).
• Full‑time onsite position with a structured work schedule (9:00 am‑5:30 pm).
