About the role
MEXC is seeking an OTC Operations professional to join its fast‑growing global exchange team. This remote position focuses on managing over‑the‑counter (OTC) activities, partner relationships, and product improvements within the digital asset space.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with channel partners and banking merchants.
- Manage cabins and optimize front‑end pages for OTC services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand user needs and identify product improvement areas.
- Participate in the design and operation of various OTC activities.
- Apply knowledge of fiat currency deposit products, channel payments, and cross‑border payments.
