About the role
Join Retidy’s operations team to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing waste‑management startup. You will work directly with customers, support waste pickups, and see how a service moves from concept to real‑world use.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily tasks and field activities.
- Interact with customers and collection agents to coordinate pickups.
- Support problem‑solving for real‑world operational challenges.
- Observe and contribute to the development of the service offering.
Required profile
- Student or recent graduate.
- Proactive, takes initiative and can work independently.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Team‑oriented and willing to work in the field when needed.
- Committed to consistent contribution throughout the internship.
