Operations Support

About the role

The Operations Support professional will assist the Operations Manager in coordinating daily logistics and delivery activities, ensuring smooth interaction between drivers, dispatch teams, customers and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate drivers, dispatch riders and vendors to maintain efficient delivery operations.
• Monitor and track shipments, routes and delivery status, updating logistics records accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, waybills, dispatch records and invoices.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance scheduling, fueling, inspections and repairs.
• Communicate with customers about schedules, delays and pickup arrangements.
• Collect proof of delivery, file documents and generate operational reports.
• Identify operational challenges and escalate issues to management.

Required profile

• OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch or operations support.
• Strong organizational, coordination and record‑keeping abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle flexible hours.
