About the role
Jobberman is hiring a full-time Operations / Supply Lead in Lagos. The role builds and manages the operational backbone needed to support the company's move into larger-scale distribution. The salary range is N500,000 - N600,000.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement, supply planning, inventory, warehousing and order fulfilment.
- Establish operational standard operating procedures and controls.
- Forecast stock requirements together with Commercial / Sales.
- Prevent stock-outs, overstocking, losses and fulfilment delays.
- Manage suppliers and operational service providers.
- Improve efficiency as order and distribution volumes grow.
Required profile
- Strong FMCG, supply-chain or operations experience.
- Comfortable introducing structure into a growing operation.
- Excellent process-building and problem-solving ability.
Required skills
- Inventory and supply-planning competence.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
