Operations Officer – Onsite

About the role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Officer to manage and improve the day‑to‑day activities of our business in Lekki, Lagos. The role is full‑time, on‑site and requires a detail‑oriented professional who can work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational processes and SOPs.
• Monitor workflow across departments, track projects, deadlines and deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to enhance performance.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards and performance metrics for management.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor inventory, office resources and operational budgets where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support management with business planning, process improvement and strategic initiatives.
• Schedule meetings, follow up on action items and maintain proper documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an Operations Officer, Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong project coordination, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate challenges and work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
