Operations Officer

About the role

The Operations Officer will oversee daily operational activities across multiple departments, ensuring efficient workflow, timely delivery of projects and proper use of company resources.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily operations, track staff attendance, task completion and compliance.
• Facilitate inter‑departmental communication among Sales, Operations, Social Media, Web, IT, HR, GIS and Drone teams.
• Track project milestones, resource requirements and prepare progress reports for management.
• Manage logistics, equipment, materials and scheduling for fieldwork, drone operations and company events.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports, monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations management, project coordination or administrative management.
• Proven ability to coordinate across departments, monitor staff activities and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills with high professionalism and discretion.
