Operations Officer

About the role

The Operations Officer will support the day‑to‑day management and growth of Powerhouse International's gaming operations in the assigned territory. You will coordinate field activities, drive agent acquisition and activation, and ensure operational compliance across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Support effective daily management and expansion of gaming operations within the territory.
• Coordinate field operations, including agent acquisition, onboarding, and activation.
• Monitor agent performance and ensure accurate transaction and operational reporting.
• Maintain compliance with established operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Build a productive, commercially efficient distribution network.
• Provide agents with ongoing support, monitoring, and tools to drive sustainable sales growth.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least an HND in a related field.
• Strong communication and people‑management abilities.
• Leadership capability and experience in transaction monitoring and reconciliation.
