Operations Officer

About the role

The Operations Officer will oversee daily activities in our automotive garage, ensuring that all jobs are completed accurately, on time, and to the required standards. This role bridges the garage, academy, and corporate office to maintain smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily garage operations, track job cards, technician productivity, and turnaround times.
• Monitor vehicle, spare parts, and consumable inflow and outflow while enforcing workshop safety standards.
• Implement and update SOPs, identify bottlenecks, and support digitisation of workflows and reporting.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, oversee tool calibration, and coordinate procurement and vendor activities.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules, conduct quality checks, and manage customer complaints.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for performance tracking and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of automotive workshop operations.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
• Analytical thinking with the capacity to interpret data.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under operational pressure.
