Operations Manager – Serviced Apartments

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced, commercially minded Operations Manager to lead the daily performance and long‑term growth of our serviced‑apartment facility in Apo, Abuja. The role demands a results‑driven leader with deep hospitality expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall business performance, daily operations and sustainability of the serviced‑apartment business.
• Drive revenue and occupancy growth through pricing, revenue management, sales, marketing and business development.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, customer service, housekeeping and property presentation.
• Lead, supervise and develop multidisciplinary staff, setting clear targets and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Manage maintenance, facilities, procurement, suppliers and operational policies.
• Control operational costs, support budget planning and implement cost‑saving measures.
• Collaborate with the Accountant to monitor revenue, expenses and profitability, and prepare monthly performance reports for the CEO.

Required profile

• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 9–12 years of relevant experience in serviced apartments, short‑let apartments, hotels, restaurants or similar hospitality businesses.
• Proven track record in managing hospitality operations and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with hospitality or property management systems.
