About the role
Stayclean Multi Services is hiring an Operations Manager in Lagos (Marina) to oversee its laundry operations. The role covers day-to-day supervision, staff coordination, quality control and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily laundry operations
- Coordinate staff activities and monitor productivity
- Ensure quality control and maintain operational efficiency
- Manage inventory and supplies
- Handle customer complaints and enforce safety procedures
- Monitor expenses and prepare operational reports
- Ensure timely service delivery
Required profile
- A minimum of 4 years of experience
- A minimum of an HND in a related field
