Customer Service Executive

About the role

Inspiresia Media is hiring a Customer Service Executive in Abuja (Marina) for a full-time position working between 2pm and 8pm, Monday to Saturday. The role covers client relations, administration, operations support and marketing assistance within a hospitality and leisure business.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly, handle appointment scheduling by phone, email and booking software, and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
• Promote available services, membership packages and special promotions.
• Maintain accurate client records, oversee day-to-day operations and keep the environment clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with vendors for replenishment and prepare daily reports on revenue, appointments and attendance.
• Coordinate with service providers (stylists, trainers, therapists) and handle basic financial tasks such as payments and invoicing.
• Assist in implementing company policies and procedures, capture client testimonials for social media, and help organize events and campaigns with the marketing team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; friendly, approachable and client-focused.
• Familiarity with the wellness, beauty or fitness industry is a plus.
• Must reside in or around APO, Abuja.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and booking software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail, problem-solving mindset and teamwork.
